Welcome Hai and Kieu
We would like to introduce you to Hai and his wife, Kieu. Originally from Kiên Giang, Vietnam. Hai was cooking at his mom’s restaurant at a young age. When he came to Victoria, he became the main chef at Saigon Night Vietnamese Restaurant on Fort Street for 25 years. They are happy to be at their new home at Pho Halong
